This machine is Double C Clasping Beam Machine Line specifically designed for usage in the storage shelf equipment industry.
It consists of hydraulic decoiler, a precision leveling device, a forming unit, a cutting system, a double C clasping machine, a robot automated palletizing section, a steel coil butt welding machine, and an inkjet printer (which is customisable according to needs).
The technical solution for this machine involves two C-shaped beams which are coupled with each other, and includes a number of opposite through holes. The C-shaped beam has an adjustable limit column located in each pair of through holes, which features a stopper at one end outside the C-shaped beam, and a positioning pin at the end inside. Both ends of the positioning pin are threaded with elastic clips, with a compression spring is set on the limiting column for improved stability. One end of the compression spring is provided with a positioning ring which is partially inserted into the two elastic clips, and the compression spring is in a compressed state.
The aforementioned design gives an improved connection and increased stability between the two C-shaped beams.

Iron plate or steel plate can be machined (stamped or rolled) into a "C" shape.
