This machine is the Double C Clasping Beam Machine Line. It is used in the field of storage shelf equipment and consists of two C-shaped beams that are coupled together. A number of opposite through holes are located on the beams and each pair of through holes is fitted with a limit column. One end of the limit column has a stopper outside the C-shaped beam and the end inside the beam has a positioning pin. Both ends of the positioning pin are threaded with elastic clips and a compression spring with a positioning ring is set on the limit column, with the positioning ring partially inserted into the two elastic clips. The most significant factor is that the compression spring is put in a compressed state.
The Double C Clasping Beam Machine Line includes additional components such as a hydraulic decoiler, leveling device, forming unit, cutting system, double C clasping machine, robot automatic palletizing part, steel coil butt welding machine, which can be customized according to needs. More significantly, this machine provides improved stability of the connection of two C-shaped beams.

Iron plate or steel plate is machined (stamped or rolled) into a "C" shape. This machining process brings about strong plastic deformation of the steel, causing the crystal lattice to twist and distort and the grains to shear and slip. As a result of this, the grains become elongated and the material's hardness significantly increases while its plasticity and impact toughness reduces.
The formed C-shaped component is termed as a single-eye C-shaped beam. To further strengthen it, two single-eye C-shaped beams are reversed and attached together by welding. This enables it to withstand greater strength.
