Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter
The feed table provides operators with a convenient loading platform, allowing them to easily place metal sheets on the conveyor rack, reducing the difficulty of manual handling and adjustment and improving loading efficiency.
Shaft & Roller
The shaft provides a positioning reference for other components, ensuring the relative position accuracy between the components. For example, when installing transmission components such as gears and sprockets, the position of the shaft determines the installation position of these components, ensuring that the meshing and transmission relationship between them is accurate and the equipment runs smoothly.
Pressing Section & Cutter
The material of blade is CR12.
With high strength, better hardenability and good wear resistance.
Through reasonable cutting technology and precise cutting control, the cutter can minimize the stress impact on the glazed tile blank during the cutting process, prevent the tiles from deformation, warping and other problems after cutting, ensure the flatness and shape accuracy of the tiles, and facilitate subsequent installation and use.
